  1. Hey man, I just gotta point out: the mutated ridden are not just people who's infection got out of control.
They come from BioMasses, the fleshy pits that have started spawning around the country.
The characters even admit that the masses and the specials are all new.
The reason you can see multiple faces and arms and such on specials are because they are forcibly conjoined bodies from within the biomass, not "growth starting again"
Thank you for coming to my ted talk

  2. Hey Roanoke have you covered The Faculty with Elijah Wood and Robert Patrick, love to hear you’re take in the portrayal of alien symbiotes in this ,besides Venom it was one of the first mainstream appearances of symbiotic organisms that paved the way for other fictional organisms like Las Plagas and other fictional parasites that take over hosts

  3. Ayo fam, you consider the idea that the variant was pregnant which caused the arm growth? A forced speedy internal growth that was very specific would also force the stomach up as well. Could also explain the underlying 'stay safe while hunting' mentality. Great videos man love your work!

  4. Imagine the cure turns out to be dewormer medications used on farm animals. But during the outbreak, researchers didn't have time to mobilize new protocols for researching possible remedies so they followed the old ones which deprioritized medications that were cheap and well understood in favor of newer, more profitable alternatives. Now the only survivors are scrappy, caution-to-the-wind types who were willing to chow down on medications from tractor supply. The kind of people who don't go to sleep on time, dry swallow pills, and invest in NFTs like dogecoin and Shiba.

  5. Hey Roanoke! Try checking g out resident evil 4s Las plazas I think you will find it very interesting if you don't know about it already and an analysis of the parasite would be amazing

  6. Hey Roanoke, I don't know if you've already done it or are interested. But there is this movie directed by Guillermo Del Toro called Mimic. It's super cool from a biology stand point and could make for a cool episode. BTW it's a creature feature so yeah.

  7. Reminds me of the flood from halo but the flood are more cruel as the human is still conscious and can feel pain. So when the flood jumps really high and lands the knees snap and the person feels it. It’s more like a hellish prison than an infection
